Real estate development Harrisville Complex announced today that its first confirmed tenant will be the dental practice of Dr Henri LeBlanc CP inc. “We are excited to move to a centralized location here in the Greater Moncton area that will accommodate our expanding, evolving practice and allow us to serve patients with the highest standards of care” said Dr LeBlanc. Construction of the Harrisville Complex is underway with a target completion date of summer 2019.
Marcel LeBlanc of Amico Construction states that the construction schedule is following its course as the foundation is nearing completion. Excavation work around the property will soon continue to create up to one hundred parking spaces as well as to prepare sidewalks and asphalting. The Harrisville/Shediac road intersection will be witness to the elevation of the structural steel components in early November. Harrisville Complex continues to explore interest from possible additional tenants and will issue further updates as the project unfolds.
